•Logalarmforselectedcontrollers–Enablealarmlogginginselecteddoorcontrollers.Theeventwilltriggeranalarm
andbeincludedinthealarmlog.
IntheCongurealarmlogginglist,clickSelectcontrollersunderthealarmlogitemyouwanttoenable.TheDevice
SpecicAlarmTriggeringdialogopens.UnderTriggeralarm,selectthedoorcontrollersthatshallhavealarmlogging
enabledandclickSave.
Events
TheAxisproductcanbeconguredtoperformactionswhendifferenteventsoccur.Forexample,theproductcansendanemail
noticationwhenanalarmistriggered.ThesetofconditionsthatdeneshowandwhentheactionistriggerediscalledanAction

Availableactionruletriggersandconditionsinclude:
•AccessPoint
-AccessPointEnabled–Triggerstheactionrulewhenanaccesspointdevice,forexampleareaderorREX
device,hassuccessfullybeeninstalledandcongured.Thiscanforexamplebeusedtosendanoticationwhen
someonehasinstalledorreplacedanaccesspointdevice.
•Conguration
-AccessPointChanged–Triggerstheactionrulewhenthecongurationsettingsofanaccesspointdevice,
forexampleareaderorREXdevice,arechanged.Thiscanforexamplebeusedtosendanoticationwhen
someonehasreconguredanaccesspointdevice.
-AccessPointRemoved–Triggerstheactionrulewhenanaccesspointdevice,forexampleareaderorREX
device,isremovedfromthesystem.Thiscanforexamplebeusedtosendanoticationwhensomeonehas
removedandaccesspointdevice.
-AreaChanged–NotsupportedbythisversionofAXISEntryManager.Mustbeconguredbyaclientsuchasan
accessmanagementsystem,throughtheVAPIX®applicationprogramminginterface,thatsupportsthisfeature
andusedevicesthatcanprovidetherequiredsignals.Triggerstheactionrulewhenanaccessareahaschanged.
-AreaRemoved–NotsupportedbythisversionofAXISEntryManager.Mustbeconguredbyaclientsuch
asanaccessmanagementsystem,throughtheVAPIX®applicationprogramminginterface,thatsupportsthis
featureandusedevicesthatcanprovidetherequiredsignals.Triggerstheactionrulewhenanaccessareahas
beenremovedfromthesystem.
-DoorChanged–Triggerstheactionrulewhenthedoorcongurationsettings,forexampledoorname,are
changedorwhenadoorisaddedtothesystem.Thiscanforexamplebeusedtosendanoticationwhen
someonehasinstalledandconguredadoor.
-DoorRemoved–Triggerstheactionrulewhenadoorisremovedfromthesystem.Thiscanforexamplebeused
tosendanoticationwhensomeonehasremovedadoorfromsystem.
•Door
-DoorAlarm–Triggerstheactionrulewhenthedoormonitorindicatesthatthedoorhasbeenforcedopen,the
doorisopentoolong,orifthedoorisfaultyinanyway.Thiscanforexamplebeusedtosendanotication
whensomeonehasforcedanentry.
-DoorDouble-LockMonitor–Triggerstheactionruleonlywhenthesecondarylockchangesstatetoeither
lockedorunlocked.
-DoorLockMonitor–Triggerstheactionrulewhenthenormallockchangesstatetoeitherlockedorunlocked.
Forexample,afaultistriggeredwhenthedoormonitordetectsthatthedoorisopenalthoughthelockislocked.
-DoorMode–Triggerstheactionrulewhenthedoorchangesstates,forexample,whenthedoorhasbeen
