•ICE:TheICE(InteractiveConnectivityEstablishment)protocolincreasesthechancesof
findingthemostefficientpathtosuccessfulcommunicationbetweenpeerdevices.Ifyoualso
enableSTUNandTURN,youimprovetheICEprotocol’schances.
•STUN:STUN(SessionTraversalUtilitiesforNAT)isaclient-servernetworkprotocolthatlets
thedevicedetermineifitislocatedbehindaNATorfirewall,andifsoobtainthemapped
publicIPaddressandportnumberallocatedforconnectionstoremotehosts.EntertheSTUN
serveraddress,forexample,anIPaddress.
•TURN:TURN(TraversalUsingRelaysaroundNAT)isaprotocolthatletsadevicebehind
aNATrouterorfirewallreceiveincomingdatafromotherhostsoverTCPorUDP.Enterthe
TURNserveraddressandthelogininformation.

•Audiocodecpriority:SelectatleastoneaudiocodecwiththedesiredaudioqualityforSIP
calls.Drag-and-droptochangethepriority.

atleastoneotheraccountandsetthataccountasdefault.Thedefaultaccountisalwaysused
whenaVAPIX®ApplicationProgrammingInterface(API)callismadewithoutspecifyingwhichSIP
accounttocallfrom.
