imagesmayappearunsteady.Toautomaticallyimproveimagestability,selectElectronicimagestabilization(EIS)fromVideo&
Audio>CameraSettings.
ExposureSettings
Conguretheexposuresettingstosuittheimagequalityrequirementsinrelationtotemperaturevariationsinthescene.
Automaticgaincontrol-Thissettingisusedtoautomaticallyadjustthegaintoanappropriaterange,theweakertheimagesignal,
thestrongerthegain.SelecttheLinearorEqualizationautomaticgaincontrolmethod.Thelatterusesahistogramequalization
method,whichadjuststhegaindynamicallybydistributingthemostfrequentintensityvalues.
Exposurezones-Thissettingsdetermineswhichpartoftheimageisusedtocalculatetheexposure.Formostsituations,theAuto
settingcanbeused.Forparticularrequirement,selectDenedandthenclickEditandselectoneofthepredenedareas.
Gain-Thissettingcontrolsthemaximumgain.Loweringthegainreducesthecontrastinthethermalimage.
Overlay
Overlaysareusedtoprovideextrainformation,suchasforensicvideoanalysisorduringproductinstallationandconguration.
Overlaysaresuperimposedoverthevideostream.
Anoverlaytextcandisplaythecurrentdateandtime,oratextstring.
Whenusingatextstring,modierscanbeusedtodisplayinformationsuchasthecurrentbitrateorthecurrentframerate.
