serial number

The serial number has a default value of 16x 00

In order to use the "Identity" master validation mode, a serial number can be set using this
parameter.
This prevents a device from connecting to the wrong master port
Note
It is recommended to set a unique serial number for each device, and use the
“Indentity” master validation mode.
Process data
alignment 59hex
The analog values are sent as a 16 bit values over the IO-Link in process data.
In case of 10, 12 or 14 bit resolution the analog value is padded with zeros in order to fill the
16 bit in the process data. The justification of the 10, 12 or 14 bit value can be set in Process
data alignment ISDU register.
0 = Left justified
1 = Right justified
