• Buttons are indicated in bold, e.g. OK.
• Menu items are indicated in italic.
• Step related notes, tips, warnings or cautions are printed in italic.
• Procedure related notes, tips, warnings or cautions are printed in bold between 2 lines preceded by the corresponding ic on.
