Manual
29 / 32 v.1.1 © 2014 basalte
For each IR or Serial instruction, select the controlled Device and the instruction code to be sent
out. Optionally you can define a delay after which the instruction should start. This delay is
relative to the previous instruction.
When adding a KNX instruction, select the data type (either 1-bit, 1-byte or 14 bytes), define
the output object number and set the value you want to send on this object. This object must then
correspond to the output objects configured using ETS.
Using 4-bits Input Object (Dimming Function)
The 4-bits input object will typically be used for KNX dimming functions for instance to control the
volume. In this case you can only assign 1 instruction per command.
During the conversion of the relative dimming commands (Up or Down) to IR or Serial code, the
code will be transmitted cyclically. The interval can be defined by the time parameter (“Start
After”). The cyclic transmissons of the IR or Serial instruction will stop whenever a stop telegram
is received from the bus.
