Limited Settings
In Q(Voltage Limit) mode, the reactive power output of the generating unit is a constant. However, it is
required that the voltage and reactive power stay within the limits of the voltage dependent provision of
reactive power as illustrated in Figure 12-14. This is accomplished by imposing voltage dependent limits
on the reactive power output that can be achieved.
