SYSTEM FAILURE
When any essential internal monitors have detected a failure, the
System FAILED annunciation flashes in red for 10 seconds then
displays in gray for the duration.

PITCH MISTRIM
When a mistrim condition is detected, an amber MISTRIM label with
an indication of mistrim direction is displayed below the VS button. In
addition to the mistrim visual alert, an aural “CHECK PITCH TRIM” callout
is played periodically while the mistrim conditions exist. Disconnect the
autopilot and flight director to remove the mistrim annunciation and
adjust trim manually. Extreme manual control input may be necessary.
