  If your BenQ projector isn't turning on, first ensure the power cable is securely plugged into both the projector's AC inlet and a functioning power outlet. If the outlet has a switch, verify it's switched on. Also, if the projector's battery is low, plug in the power adapter to charge it until the LED indicator turns solid green. Then, press and hold the power button on the projector for 3 seconds to turn it on.

  If your BenQ projector cannot project the screen on mobile phones or laptops via USB-C cables, ensure that the USB-C port on your device has DisplayPort functionality (with a DisplayPort IC inside) and supports DisplayPort version 1.1 (or above) and timings as listed in Timing chart on page 72. Also, use a USB-C Gen 3.1 cable to ensure sufficient bandwidth for media data transmission.

  If the image or audio from your BenQ projector is unstable, ensure the connection cables are correctly connected to the appropriate terminals. If you are using the internet, connect to another wireless AP or to an Internet channel of better speed. If you are using Bluetooth, make sure the projector is within the effective range of Bluetooth connection and reduce radio frequency interference when using a 2.4G network.
