Some apps are
unable to use
treVolo U for
audio input.
• Please check first if changing the audio input device
to treVolo U is possible in the app or cellphone
settings.
• If it is not possible to switch the microphone
device in the app, please make a phone call and set
the audio device as Bluetooth, making it possible to
use the speaker for audio input.
• If using the above methods have all failed, please
use the provided audio cable to make the
connection, making it possible to change the audio
device to treVolo U. Connection order: Please plug
the audio cable into the speaker first, then plug
your personal device.
