Connection Problem
Problem Solution
treVolo U is
unable to pair
with my
Bluetooth
speaker.
• Please make sure the speaker's Bluetooth LED is
flashing blue light, indicating the speaker is able to be
detected.
• Please make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your
device.
• Please make sure "treVolo U" is selected from the
Bluetooth device menu on your device, and is
confirmed to be connected.
• Your Bluetooth device may be too far away from the
speaker, please try getting closer.
• Keep the speaker further away from any nearby
devices that may cause electro-magnetic
interference.
• Turn off all other Bluetooth devices nearby, or if
possible, deactivate the Bluetooth functionality of
these devices.
• Make sure the A2DP profile is supported by your
device.
• Remove all plugged cables and electrical cords, then
press the power button and hold for 10 seconds or
more to restart the speaker and pair with the device
again.
