Unable to
connect a
Bluetooth
speaker that
has been
paired to
treVolo U
before.
• Please make sure the speaker's Bluetooth LED is
flashing blue light, indicating the speaker is able to be
detected.
• Please make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your
device.
• Your Bluetooth device may be too far away from the
speaker, please try getting closer.
• Turn off the device and turn on again, then connect
it to the speaker again.
• Turn off all other Bluetooth devices nearby, or if
possible, deactivate the Bluetooth functionality of
these devices.
• Delete "treVolo U" from the Bluetooth device menu
on your device, then re-pair and connect it to the
speaker.
• Remove all plugged cables of the speaker, then press
the power button on the speaker and hold for
10 seconds or more to restart the speaker and pair
with the device again.
