The speaker
and the
microphone
do not
function after
connecting to
treVolo U via
Bluetooth.
1.Speaker does not function:
• Please make sure you have removed the plugged
audio cable.
• Please make sure the volume of the speaker is not
set to minimum.
• Please increase the volume of your Bluetooth
device.
• Please make sure your Bluetooth device is
connected to the speaker.
• If a PC is set as the connecting device for playing
music and videos, please switch the microphone to
the audio device on the PC itself, and switch the
speaker to Speaker (treVolo U stereo).
• If a PC is set as the connecting device for online
courses or calls, please switch the microphone to
Headset Earphone (treVolo U Hands-Free AG
Audio) and switch the speaker to Headset
Earphone (treVolo U Hands-Free AG Audio).
2.Microphone does not function:
• Please make sure your Bluetooth audio device is
connected to treVolo U, and select "treVolo U" as
the audio input device on the audio menu of your
Bluetooth audio device.
• If a PC is set as the connecting device, please switch
the microphone to Headset Earphone (treVolo U
Hands-Free AG Audio), and switch the speaker to
Headset Earphone (treVolo U Hands-Free AG
Audio).
• If the speaker is still unable to receive audio input,
please connect the speaker by using the audio cable
to fix this error.
