6.4 Replacement of pump  lter
1. Close the oil supply to the burner
2. Loosen the pump cover’s screws.
3. Remove the  lter and gasket
4. Mount new gasket and  lter
5. Re t the cover
6. Open the oil supply
7. Start the burner and check seals and combustion

Whenservicingoilbearingcomponents,checkforoilleakage
when the burner is commissioned after servicing.

Whenservicing/replacingcomponentsthataectcombustion,
uegasanalysisandsoottestmustbecarriedoutfollowing
installation.
6.3 Check oil line seals
Once the burner has been installed and commissioned, the seals of the various
coupling elements should be checked.
When a leak is detected, it is usually su cient to tighten the coupling element
that is leaking.
