4.4.16 b GAS VALVE DISASSEMBLY (C.S.I. Version)
OPERATION SEQUENCE ITEM INVOLVED TOOLS NEEDED FOR

16 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
16.1 Remove the case.
See procedure pag. 25
16.2 Disconnect compensation tube from
gas valve Compensation tube No tools – by hand
16.3 Disconnect supply connector from
modulator Modulator supply connector No tools – by hand
16.4 Unscrew screw (1) fastening gas valve
supply connector N. 1 screw Magnetic PH1 screwdriver
16.5 Disconnect gas valve supply connector Gas valve supply connector No tools – by hand
16.6 Unscrew the gas ramp nuts (2) N. 2 nuts 30mm wrench
16.7 Unscrew nut at valve gas tap
attachment (3) N. 1 nut and N. 1 gland 30 mm wrench
16.8 Unscrew the screws fixing (4) gas valve
to shelf N. 2 screws Magnetic PH2 screwdriver
16.9 Remove gas ramp Gas ramp No tools – by hand
16.10 Remove gas valve Gas valve No tools – by hand
!!
Work the other way round from the above for reassembly operations.
