4.4.17 SAFETY VALVE DISASSEMBLY (C.A.I.-C.S.I. Version)

17 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
17.1 Turn off heating system taps Heating system taps No tools – by hand
17.2 Remove the case
See procedure pag. 25
17.3 Empty the heating system Safety valve lever No tools – by hand
17.4 Unscrew coupling (1) holding
safety valve - hydraulic bracket Coupling 24mm wrench
17.5 Slide off clip (2) fastening
cap onto circulator group N. 1 Clip Long pliers
17.6 Remove clip fastening safety
valve (3) N. 1 Clip Long pliers
17.7 Remove safety valve from
circulator Safety valve lever No tools – by hand
!!
Work the other way round from the above for reassembly operations.
