FRONTAL MOWER BAR APPLICATION
Connection to motor cultivator
The mower bar is attached to the motor
cultivator by means of the Quickfit con-
nection.
Mower height adjustment
When working on bad terrain, it is ne-
cessary to adjust the mower’s cut hei-
ght in the following way:
- Loosen nut 1.
- Bring the skid pad back to wanted po-
sition
- Lock the nut again
- Carry out adjustment on both skid pads
Blade holder adjustment
- Loosen fixing screws 5.
- Turn the adjustment screws 4.
- Tighten the fixing screws again
N.B.: Excessive friction between the bla-
de holder and the blade must be avoi-
ded in order to guarantee good functio-
ning.
Mower blade replacement
- Loosen screws 5.
- Remove blade catch 6
- Slip off the blade
To re-mount the blade carry out the
same operations but in reverse order.
SERVICING THE BAR WITH CONNEC-
TING ROD-CRANK MECHANISM.:
Each time the mower is used apply gre-
ase to points 7 and 8.
