Troubleshooting
A — I am having trouble folding and
unfolding the bike
This section of the manual was written when the manual was prin-

Warning
i. My bike is folded but the left pedal is stuck in the spokes.
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. The bicycle was folded with the left pedal in the incorrect position or you rolled
the bike backwards while it was in its folded position.
Solution: Stand on the left side of the bike and, while maintaining the rear
wheel and saddle on the ground, lift the front wheel by the handlebars
upwards while simultaneously moving the left pedal backwards until the
pedal is freed from the spokes.
ii. My bike is not folding or is not folding properly.
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. Your Gi Fly is locked.
Solution: Unlock your bike via the app. Please see Section 9.G.
2. You are standing on the right side of the bike while trying to fold the bike.
Solution: Please follow the steps explained in Section 9.E.
3. You are folding the bicycle improperly.
Solution: Follow the instructions provided in Section 9.E.
4. The left pedal was not aligned properly before initiating the folding process.
Solution: Please follow the steps explained in Section 9.E.
5. The front wheel is blocked by the frame.
Solution: Please follow the steps explained in Section 9.E.
