G — My motor is not working
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. Your bike does not have any battery.
Solution: Charge your bike’s battery. Please go to Section 10.A.iv for further
instruction.
2. Your smartphone is not connected to the bicycle.
Solution: Open the app and connect to your bicycle.
H — My cell phone holder is not
functioning properly
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. Your smartphone is not supported by the phone holder or you are not using
the phone holder properly.
Solution: Please check the phone holder manual which you can nd in the
bike’s box.
I — The bike folds a little at the hinge
when I use the brake
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. The bike’s folding mechanism is not properly adjusted or the folding handle is
not in the right position.
Solution: Please, see Section 9.E.vi.
proper tension, or your belt drive is worn and must be replaced.
Solution: This is an important part of the bicycle, crucial to the safety of your
rider. For your security, visit the mechanic in your local bike shop.
