C — I am unable to charge my Gi Fly
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. You bike is not properly connected to the charger.
Solution: Please go to Section 10.A.iv to learn how to properly charge Gi Fly.
2. The rider is trying to use a wrong charger.
Solution: Gi Fly should only be charged using the charger that Bignay
Inc. provides.
D — I am unable to pedal
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. Your belt drive transmission may be broken, may have fallen out of place, or
there is something interfering with the rear wheel.
Solution: Check your belt’s condition. Lift the rear wheel o the ground and
spin the wheel. Is there interference with the belt? Does the belt challenge
the movement of the rear wheel? If so, visit the mechanic in your local
bike shop.
E — I am unable to brake
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. Your brake pads are worn and must be replaced, your brake wires are not
properly adjusted, or your wheels are not properly adjusted.
Solution: This is an important part of the bicycle, crucial to the safety of your
rider. For your security, visit the mechanic in your local bike shop.
F — My belt drive has fallen out of place
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. Your rear wheel is not properly adjusted, your belt drive does not have the
