iii. I am unable to unfold the bike.
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. You may be standing on the right side of the bike while trying to unfold the bike.
Solution: Please follow the steps explained in Section 9.E.
2. Your Gi Fly is locked.
Solution: Unlock your bike via the app. See Section 9.G for further
instructions.
3. The rider is unfolding the bicycle improperly.
Solution: Follow the instructions provided in Section 9.E.
4. The left pedal was not aligned properly before initiating the unfolding process.
Solution: Please follow the steps explained in Section 9.E.
5. The left pedal is stuck in the front spokes.
Solution: Please follow the steps explained in Section 14.A.i
iv. My folded bicycle does not stand by itself.
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. The saddle is adjusted to extreme positions (too high or too low).
Solution: Respect the minimum and maximum limits of the saddle. See
Section 8.A.i.
2. The bicycle is not fully folded.
Solution: Please see Section 9.E.
3. The wheels are not positioned on level ground.
Solution: Please see Section 9.E.
B — I am having trouble with the Gi Fly mobile
application.
i. I cannot establish a connection between the Gi Fly mobile app
and my bike.
This problem may appear for the following reasons:
1. The battery is o.
Solution: Please turn on your battery. See the QuickStart guide (Section
2.13) for further instruction.
2. The battery is not charged.
Solution: Charge your battery. Please see Section 10.A.iv.
3. The Gi Fly mobile app is not updated.
Solution: Please check the App Store/Google Play to see if you have updated
