Warranty
If the device was purchased by the buyer directly from BigRep GmbH, the statute
of limitations period for claims and rights relating to defects (period of warranty) is
12 months from the date of delivery; furthermore, BigRep GmbH’s General Terms
and Conditions apply. If the device was not purchased directly from BigRep, all
contractual claims and rights relating to defects apply only with the respective
vendor.
No further agreements, consents, assurances, and/or guarantees are given by
BigRep in this manual.
Limitation of Liability
The manufacturer and its representatives shall not be liable for damages resulting
from
