Conguring the PPTP VPN in the Ofce
You can either input the IP address (69.1.121.33 in this case) or the hostname to reach the server.
Connection Name: Specify a name for the PPTP connection (VPN_PPTP).
Dial out: Check Dial out and enter a Dialed server IP (69.121.1.33) on the Server IP Address (or
Hostname) eld.
Username / Password: Specify the username (username) & password (123456).
Auth.Type/Data Encryption/Key Length/Mode: Keep as default value in most of the cases.
PPTP server & client will determine the value automatically. Refer to manual for details if you want
to change the setting.
Idle Timeout: The connection will be disconnected when there is no trafc in a predened period
of time. 0 means always on.
