Boot Device Select
These BIOS attempts to load the operating system from the devices in the
sequence selected in these items.
First/Second/Third Boot Device
The Choices: Floppy, LS120, HDD-0, SCSI, CDROM, HDD-1,
HDD-2, HDD-3, ZIP100, LAN, Disabled
Boot Other Device
The Choices: Enabled (default), Disabled.
Shadow Control
If you highlight the literal “Press Enter” next to the “Shadow Control” label and
then press the enter key, it will take you a submenu with the following options:
Video BIOS Shadow
Determines whether video BIOS will be copied to RAM for faster
execution.
Enabled (default) Optional ROM is shadowed.
Disabled Optional ROM is not shadowed.
C8000 - CFFFF Shadow / D0000 - DFFFF Shadow
Determines whether the optional ROM will be copied to RAM for
faster execution.
Enabled Optional ROM is shadowed.
Disabled (default) Optional ROM is not shadowed.
Note : For C8000 - DFFFF option - ROM on PCI BIOS, BIOS
will automatically enable the shadow RAM. User does not have to
select the item.
