14.6 Loss of warranty rights
The Buyer loses the rights under this warranty in case of:
12.6.1 any repair or modificaon of the device on its own or by a third party, or entrusng the perfor-
mance of the repair to a person other than an authorized BKT ELEKTRONIK service
technician;
12.6.2 finding any tampering with, damage to, or breakage of seals, or covering them up in any way
that makes them impossible to idenfy;
12.6.3 finding any damage, tampering with or removal of the serial number or other markings iden-
fying the device, or covering them up in any way that makes them impossible to idenfy;
12.6.4 breaching the obligaons arising for the Buyer under this warranty;
12.6.5 expiry of the warranty period;
12.6.6 misuse of the device;
14.7 Limitaon of liability
BKT ELEKTRONIK is not liable for:
12.7.1 damage resulng from the use of the device contrary to its intended use or the operang in-
strucons; any ensuing damage may not constute grounds for warranty and repair claims or
legal claims.
12.7.2 damage and lost profits of the Buyer resulng from the need to repair the device.
14.8 Addional provisions
12.8.1 Any deleons or amendments made to these warranty terms and condions by an enty other
than BKT ELEKTRONIK are null and void.
12.8.2 In maers not regulated by these terms and condions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Co-
de on Quality Warranty shall apply.
