What to do if the Blade Kitchen Appliance keg light is blinking red?
    • A
      aguilarkyleAug 2, 2025
If the keg light is blinking red, it means the keg locking switch is down while there is no keg in the appliance, or the keg is not properly detected. To fix this, flip the switch up and reload a keg. The light will blink for a few seconds and then turn green. If the light continues to blink, repeat these steps until you get a continuous green light.

Why is my Blade Kitchen Appliances temperature gauge showing the beer is cold, but the beer is warm after pouring a few glasses?
    • S
      Sara RamirezAug 7, 2025
The keg has probably not been pre-cooled long enough. If you leave the keg for at least 24 hours in the Blade appliance, the entire keg will be cooled. If this doesn't solve the issue, have the appliance inspected by customer service.

    • S
      scottwellsAug 12, 2025
The keg has probably been unlocked and locked again during use. This resets the volume counter to full. The problem will be resolved after loading a full keg.

    • K
      keithrollinsAug 17, 2025
There might be frost in the system. Relock the keg and unlock it again. The appliance has a heating element that will heat up the cooling element to defrost it. This takes several minutes. Please try to remove the keg after 15 minutes. If this doesn't work, switch it back on and try to unlock the keg again. If it is still unsuccessful, have the appliance inspected by customer service.
