How to use the function buttons
1 5 to 6 :
forward and reverse,
jump to the next/previous track,
change MP3 folders,
start the random playback,
repeat tracks,
can be found in the section "Playing
music" (see p. 29).
Quitting/interrupting CD playback
To quit or interrupt the CD play-
back:
Select a different audio source
(e.g. the radio), see p. 26.
The CD stops playing. If you re-
select the CD player as audio
source, the playback automatical-
ly continues at the point where it
was interrupted.
Or:
Switch off the device (see p. 9).
The CD stops playing. The device
is switched off. If you reselect
the CD player as audio source,
the playback automatically con-
tinues at the point where it was
interrupted.
Or:
Mute the device (see p. 11).
The CD stops playing. Traffi c an-
nouncements are automatically
faded in.

Selecting a track from a list
You can select CD tracks by jumping
to the previous or next track using
on the CD the function button 4 :
or 5 9 (see p. 29). You can also
select tracks from a list.
Selecting CD tracks from a list
(built-in CD player)
If you play an audio CD in the
built-in CD player, the CD display
is shown.
In the CD display, select and con-
fi rm the "Tracks" menu.
The list of tracks is displayed.
Select and confi rm the desired
track.
The playback of the selected
tracks starts.
Selecting CD tracks from a list
(optional CD changer)
If you play an audio CD in the op-
tional CD changer, the CD changer
display is shown.
