If your BLEMO Inverter displays these fault codes, consider the following: Ensure that the parameters in the Motor control menu are correct. Verify the motor, drive, and load sizes. Check for any mechanical locking issues. Inspect the drive's ground connection, motor cable, and motor insulation. Examine the cables connecting the drive to the motor, and the motor insulation. Additionally, confirm that the motor and drive are compatible and that the motor is completely stopped during auto-tuning. If overspeed is more than 10% of the maximum frequency, add a braking resistor. You may also need to check the parameters of the speed loop, such as gain and stability. Connecting line or motor chokes and reducing the switching frequency may also help.

How to troubleshoot a BLEMO Inverter that won't start and shows no error code?

If your BLEMO Inverter isn't starting and the display doesn't light up, verify the power supply connections to the drive, including the ground and input phases. If the display is lit, check if the assignment of the "Fast stop" or "Freewheel" functions is preventing the start because the corresponding logic inputs are not powered up. Ensure the run command input is activated according to the selected control mode. If the reference or command channel is assigned to Modbus, the drive will display "nSt" and remain stopped until a command is sent via the communication bus. Also, confirm that the "RUN" button is active by adjusting the Reference channel and Command channel parameters in the configuration menu.

What to do if my BLEMO ER12 Inverter displays CrF1 InFI InF2 InF3 InF4 InF9 ---- InFb InFE?

If your BLEMO Inverter is showing these codes, it indicates a charging relay control fault or a damaged charging resistor. You can try turning the drive off and then back on. Also, check the connections and the stability of the main supply. As additional steps, consider reflashing the application firmware of the product.

Why my BLEMO ER12 Inverter fault detection codes cannot be reset automatically?
    • F
      Frank SnyderAug 27, 2025
If your BLEMO Inverter displays fault detection codes that cannot be reset automatically, the cause of the fault must be resolved before resetting it by turning the power off and then on again. For SOF and tnF faults, you can also perform a remote reset using a logic input, configured via the Detected fault reset assignment parameter.
