Why is convection fan not running in my Blodgett CTB Convection Oven?

If the convection fan in your Blodgett Convection Oven isn't running, check the following: * Ensure the oven is plugged into a power source. * Make sure the oven is set to the cook mode by setting the control panel to COOK or OVEN ON. * Check if the circuit breaker has tripped and reset it if necessary. * Deactivate the fan delay feature, if it's enabled. * Ensure the doors are fully closed.
