How to turn on Blue Clean Pressure Washer?
    • M
      Michael DuranAug 5, 2025
To address the issue of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer not turning on: Ensure the GFCI module on the power cord is plugged directly into an outlet, avoiding extension cords. With the GFCI connected, verify that the power switch is turned on. Note that it's normal for the power washer to turn on briefly (1-2 seconds) and then shut off when the power switch is activated.

Why does my Blue Clean 620 turn on for 2 seconds then shut off?
    • E
      ellisaprilAug 11, 2025
Your Blue Clean Pressure Washer is likely functioning correctly. It may turn on briefly (1-2 seconds) to prime the pump when water is connected, accessories are properly assembled, and the power switch is on. It then shuts off, waiting for the spray gun trigger to be pressed. When the trigger is pressed, the water flow activates the pump via a sensor. Alternatively, turn the power switch off, hold the spray gun trigger to ensure a steady water stream, and then simultaneously turn the power switch on.

How to connect the high pressure hose to the spray gun of Blue Clean Pressure Washer?
    • J
      Joseph RogersAug 16, 2025
To resolve the issue of the high pressure hose not connecting or staying connected to the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, ensure the rubber sleeve covering the fitting at the hose's end is properly positioned. Wiggle, twist, and pull the rubber sleeve down until the entire tip is visible, plus an additional 1/8 inch of the metal fitting below the tip. After this adjustment, the hose tip should 'click' into place within the spray gun. If you're unable to move the sleeve, you may carefully cut away the end of it with a sharp knife, being cautious not to damage the hose. Also, make sure you are not pushing the release button when connecting the high pressure hose.

What to do if there is no water flow from my Blue Clean Pressure Washer?
    • Y
      yolsonAug 20, 2025
To address a lack of water flow in your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, remember that power should not be turned on until water flows through the spray gun to avoid motor damage. First, check the water source. If the issue persists, eject the nozzle from the lance to see if a clog is present (clean the nozzle if needed). If not, remove the lance and spray directly from the spray gun to identify lance problems. Finally, inspect the Garden Hose Adapter for loose connections and check the filter for any debris.

Why is my Blue Clean Pressure Washer leaking where the high pressure hose connects to the spray gun?
    • B
      Brian NguyenAug 26, 2025
To resolve water leaks where the high pressure hose connects to the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, check for the presence of an o-ring at the end of the metal tip of the high pressure hose. If no o-ring is present, the connection between the hose and spray gun will leak. You can purchase additional O-Ring Kits online or by calling Customer Service.

How to remove the lance from the spray gun of Blue Clean Pressure Washer?
    • L
      lnavarroAug 30, 2025
To remove the lance from the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer: All lances and detergent bottles attach and detach similarly. Insert the quick-release end into the extension lance, press them together about 1/8 inch, and turn clockwise to lock. To remove, reverse this process: press together and turn counter-clockwise, then slide the lance out. Alternatively, hold the assembly upright with the nozzle on the floor, push straight down to loosen the connection, and retry the removal process. Soapy water or lubricant may also help.
