7.3.3 Above-reservoir installation
Above-reservoir installation means that the axial piston unit is installed above the
minimum fluid level of the reservoir.
To prevent the axial piston unit from draining, a height difference h

25 mm at port T is required in installation position8.
Observe the maximum permissible suction heighth

is derived from the total pressure loss.
Because complete air bleeding and filling is not possible in installation position 8,
the axial piston unit should be air bled and filled in a horizontal position prior to
installation.
