12 Disposal
12.1 Environmental protection
Careless disposal of the CBm motor, the hydraulic uid and the packaging material
could lead to pollution of the environment.
Observe the following points when disposing of the CBm motor:
1. Completely empty the motor from uid.
2. Dispose of the motor and packaging material in accordance with the national
regulations in your country.
3. Dispose of the hydraulic uid according to the national regulations of your
country. Also observe the applicable safety data sheet for the hydraulic uid.
4. Remove the motor into its individual parts and properly recycle these parts
separate according to, for instance:
- Cast iron
- Steel
- Aluminum
- Non-ferrous metal
- Electronic waste
- Plastic
- Seals
