6.4.19 ROCKER ARM ASSEMBLY
Apply the lubricating oil to rocker arm shaft and
bush. And assemble the bolt to rocker arm shaft.
The adjustment bolt of rocker arm should untie.
Assemble the bolt. (Tightening torque : 6.0 kg-m)

Rotate the engine until the rst cylinder stay on
TDC. Line up the mark ‘→’ of crank pulley and
the mark ‘0’ of gear case.
Install the gauge between rocker arm and valve
stem.
Adjust the clearance with rotating the adjustment
bolt.

VALVE CLEARANCE (ENGINE COOLED STATUS)
Intake valve Exhaust valve
0.3 mm 0.3 mm
NOTE: Lower 60°C [140°F]
4. Tighten the adjustment blot.
(Tightening torque: 2.7 kg•m)
