ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
Rotate the engine until the rst cylinder stay on
TDC
Adjust the intake valve of cylinder ‘1’ and ‘2’.
Adjust the exhaust valve of cylinder ‘1’ and ‘3’.
Rotate the crankshaft to rotation direction of
engine. (360 degree.)
Adjust the intake valve of cylinder ‘3’.
Adjust the exhaust valve of cylinder ‘2’’.

Assemble the new gasket and head cover.
Ti g ht en t he n uts t o h o l d t h e he ad c ove r.
(Tightening torque : 2.0 kg-m).

6.4.21 GLOW PLUG
Tighten the glow plug.
Assemble the connector and tighten the nuts.
