4.4 Manual Tuning
If a stack component (converter, booster or horn) has been changed, you
must manually tune the welder, using the procedure outlined in
Figure 4-12 "Manual Tuning Flow Chart."
If, after using the chart (Figure 4-12 "Manual Tuning Flow Chart"), your
welder repeatedly overloads:
•
Inspect stack components for failure (wear, cracks, etc.);
•
Inspect mating surfaces of stack components;
•
Ensure that stack components are tightened properly; and
•
Ensure correct line voltage/tap settings.
If these measures do not solve your problem, contact your local
representative or Branson's Product Support Department.
