Fault Cause and Remedy
Power indicator does
not light up when
mains plug is connec-
ted in.
Make sure the module is connected to
the mains.
Inspect the power cable and replace it
if necessary.
Inspect internal line fuse and replace
if necessary (please refer to Fig. 7-1).

Fault Cause and Remedy
Horn is not supplied
with ultrasonic energy.
No indication on
power bargraph
No output of ultrasonic
energy when TEST
key is pressed.
No overload alarm.
Defective or missing converter.
Replace or install converter.
RF cable unplugged or defective.
Replace if defective.
Power supply overheated causing
thermoswitch to be activated.
De-energise module until it cools
down.
Power supply overheated.
Check fans.
Replace power supply module. If this
solves the problem, install another
module and send the defective one to
BRANSON Ultrasonics.
Ultrasonic power app-
lied to the horn is not
displayed on the bar-
graph.
No supply with ultrasonic energy.
Replace power supply module.
