Note: For best results, choose LIGHT crust.
Ingredients 1½ lb.
Water (80°F/27°C) 1 cup
Oil 3 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Salt 1½ tsp.
Dry milk ¼ cup
Bread flour 2½ cups
Cinnamon 1 tsp.
Soy flour ½ cup
Active dry yeast 2 tsp.
Add to dispenser (press EXTRAS before pressing START to begin baking):
