2. Use a suitable tool (B) to press the bearing (C)
out of the hub (D).
The seal (A) can get damaged during this step.
3. Remove the seal (B) from the hub (A).
4.6 Assembling the bare shaft hub
Check the bearing and the seal before reuse. If
necessary use a new bearing and a new seal.
1. Place the hub (A) on a flat surface with the
bearing side upward.
Clean the contact surfaces (B) for the bearing
and seal.
Apply some transmission oil on these surfaces
(B).
