The firmware version of the device, the print volume, the total print time, etc. are
displayed here.
Note: Always quote the serial number when contacting customer service.

Method 1:
Insert the SD card into the computer and create a folder named "sys". Copy the
firmware files to the "sys" folder. Then insert the S-card into the device. Switch on the
device and update the firmware. After updating the firmware, delete the "sys" folder.
Method 2:
Update the firmware via USB cable with REXprint.
