Extruder head off-centre
The device no longer recognizes
the exact extruder position and
cannot build.
Return the extruder to the home
position to recalibrate the
BRESSER T-
REX 2. Abort your
object, empty the construction
platform, send the extruder to the
home position and restart your
object.
No PLA extrusion or adhesion to
the construction tape.
This may be due to the platform and
extruder head not being properly
aligned (levelled).
By levelling the platform, the
extruder head is aligned, which
improves the quality of the object.
Abort your object, empty the design
platform, level the extruder in the
home position, and restart your
object.
BRESSER T-REX 2 frozen
before object start.
BRESSER T-REX 2 may receive

Turn off the power switch, wait 30
seconds, and
turn on the power
switch.
Entanglements at the end of the
construction.
A layer of your object is not

secured to the construction
platform with minimal contact, or

without supports
above the
construction platform. Wrong Z-axis
offset, extruder tip is not aligned
with the correct distance to the
design platform.
Use the preview function of your
slicing software to display the
height and position of the first layer.
Build with supports
if necessary.
