BASIC OPERATION
TURN THE UNIT ON/OFF
Press the STANDBY button on the main unit or remote control to turn the unit on.
The system will switch to the last selected source. The Power On indicator around the
STANDBY and CD RELEASE button will be lit. Press the STANDBY
button again
to power the unit off. The clock will be shown on the display.
SELECTING OPERATING MODE
Press the FUNCTION button on the main unit or remote control to select TUNER,
CD, iPod or AUX mode.
PLAY/PAUSE button
Press this button to begin playback or pause a CD. In Tuner mode, press this button
to select FM or AM.
STOP button
Press this button to stop the playback of a disc.
VOL — and VOL + buttons
Press repeatedly to adjust sound level output from 00 (minimum) to 40 (maximum).
MUTE button
Press this button to mute the sound output from the unit. “-MUTE-” will flash on the
display. Press the button again or press the volume control to resume the previous volume.
