TURNING THE TIMER ON/OFF
In Standby mode, press the TIMER/SLEEP button on the remote control, the
and hour digit will flash on the display. Then press the or buttons
repeatedly to select the desired hour for timer. The
will disappear after an
hour, or when you switch to other modes or turn the unit off.
Press the TIMER/ SLEEP button again, the minute digit flashes. Then
press the or buttons repeatedly to select the desired minute,
for example “9:30”.
Press the TIMER/ SLEEP button, the iPod or TUNER or CD mode will flash
in the display. Press the
or buttons repeatedly to select the desired
mode. (Do not forget to place a disc into the CD compartment or iPod into
the iPod socket if your selected music source is CD or iPod)
Press the TIMER/ SLEEP button again, and the VOLUME digit will flash
on the display. Press the
or buttons repeatedly to select the
appropriate sound level.
To deactivate the Timer On function, press the TIME/SLEEP button until
the icon disappears on the display.
Pressing the TIMER/SLEEP button again will start a new setting.
Note: To make the unit switch on at a set time, the clock needs to be set
first before the timer can be used. During setting, if no button is pressed
within 90 seconds, the system will exit Timer Setting mode automatically.
The unit will automatically turn off after 60 minutes if the unit is turned on
by the Timer On function.
