Adding a New Group
You can set up a group of multiple recipients.

Click Group.
The Group Setting dialog box appears.

In the Group Name field, type a name for your Group.

From the Stored Fax Numbers box select the recipients for your Group, and
then click .
Your selection will appear in the box under the Group Name field.

Click OK.
The Address Book dialog box reappears:

Click OK.
The Print/Facsimile dialog box reappears:

If you are ready to send your fax, click Send Fax.
(Follow the steps on page 17-3 for sending a fax.)
