Several factors can cause a blank display on your Brother Label Maker: * Ensure the AC adapter designed for your P-touch is correctly connected. * Verify you're using the correct AC adapter (included in the package). * Remove and re-fit the rechargeable battery. * The battery charge may be low, even when not in use.
