Functions
Printing stored text and Auto Format
templates
Multiple stored text or Auto Format templates
can be printed immediately without first being
recalled.
To print stored text files:
1 Hold down d and press 8. The MEM-
ORY screen appears.
2 Press m or g until 9 moves beside
PRINT.
3 Press n. The PRINT screen appears in the
display with the currently selected file num-
ber.
4 Press m or g until the file number con-
taining the text that you wish to print is dis-
played. The file name is shown beside the
file number, and the text stored under the
selected file number is shown in the bottom
line.
5 Press the space bar so that 9 appears to the
right of the file name.
6 Repeat steps 4 and 5 until 9 appears to
the right of all files to be printed. Files
marked with 9 will be printed.
7 Press n. The text stored under the
selected file numbers is printed.
To print stored Auto Format template files:
1 Hold down d and press 6 or 7.
2 Hold down d and press 8. The MEM-
ORY screen appears.
3 Press m or g until 9 moves beside
PRINT.
4 Press n. The PRINT screen appears in the
display with the currently selected file num-
ber.
NOTE
To quit the Memory Print function without printing
any text, press e (OR hold down d and press
8).
NOTE
To see other parts of the selected text file, press j
or k.
