How to reset an error on a Brother QL-1100 Label Maker?
To reset an error, open and then close the DK Roll Compartment Cover. If the error persists, press the Cutter button. If the error still isn't reset, turn the printer off and then on again. If the error continues, contact Brother customer service.
What to do if my Brother QL-1100 Label Maker doesn't print or I receive a printing error?
If your Brother Label Maker isn't printing, ensure the USB cable is securely connected. Try removing and reinstalling the DK Roll, and verify there's enough DK Roll remaining. Make sure the DK Roll Compartment Cover is closed. Try turning the printer off and then on again. If connected via a USB hub, connect directly to the computer or try a different USB port.
