8) TRANSFER
If the ownership of a product is transferred during the warranty coverage period,
this limited warranty, subject to its terms a nd conditions, shall also be transferred
and be valid for the remaining coverage period provided BRP or an authorized LYNX
Distributor/Dealer receives a proof that the former owner agreed to the transfer of
ownership, in addition to the co-ordinates of the new owner.
9) CONSUMER ASSISTANCE
In the event of a controversy or a dispute in connec tion w ith this limited warranty,
BRP suggests that you try to resolve the issue at the LYNX Distributor/Dealer
level. We recommend discussing the issue with the authorized LYNX Distribu-
tor/Dealer's service m anager or owner.
If the matter still remains unresolved, contact BRP by filling out the customer con-
tact form at www.brp.com or contact BRP by mail at one of the addresses listed
under the

section of this guide.
