Inspect engine rubber mounts
Check exhaust system condition and check for leaks
Tighten exhaust manifold screw s or nuts to specified torque
Inspect cooling system cap, hoses and clamps and check for leaks
Check coolant density
ENGINE
Inspect crankshaft PTO seal
Inspect fuel lines and connections
FUEL
SYSTEM
Inspect throttle cable
Inspect d rive belt (adjust at every drive belt replacement)
Clean and visually inspect drive pulley
Clean and inspect driven pulley
Inspect, adjust and align track
Adjust drive chain (Not for models equipped with gearbox)
Change chaincase / gearbox oil
Change NEW gasket ring with gearbox oil change. Apply LOCTITE 542
on the thread of the plug
Check brake fluid level

Inspect brake hose, pads and disk
Inspect steering mechanism
STEERING
SYSTEM
Inspect skis and runners
Inspect front suspension
SUSPENSION
Inspect rear suspension (including stopper s traps and slider shoes)
Inspect spark plugs
Charge battery (if so e quipped)
ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM
Adjust headlight beam aiming
