To change the parameter value
This parameter allows you to set a different system reactivity depending on the
tension value.
BAL > 0: the system is more reactive when it has to follow a tension which is
rising. The corrections of a tension which is rising are faster than the
corrections of a tension which is lowering.
BAL < 0: the system is more reactive when it has to follow a tension which is
lowering. The corrections of a tension which is lowering are faster than
the corrections of a tension which is rising.
