4. Place the gray plastic ring on the metal spacer plate. Make sure the plastic ring is properly seated in
the metal spacer plate recess.

5. Install the rubber boot over the Vector Power Head. Push the rubber boot up as high as possible on
the power head.
The rubber boot must be installed before the power head is attached to the Grinder Polisher
base.
